Season 1 – Episode 10 – 14
Here are the rules again:
- After we are done with one season I will post the poll for that season.
- In the poll you can choose up to 8 episodes.
- When you’ve picked 8 episodes for each season we will have a full set of 24 episodes to choose from in our final poll.
- At the end you can then name 5 episodes out of those 24 elected.
Most of the screen captures I did myself, a few are from AOLRocks. Promo pics from CBS or as on the pics indicated.
And now, here are the next episode.
Season 1 – Episode 10 – Nov. 22, 2010
The team is on the trail of a team who are planning a robbery during the Honolulu triathlon.
You might remember this one because of Kamekona getting a free phone from McGarrett after sitting on it. Or Kono and Steve going swimming in the harbor. But probably mostly because we meet the Ex. And I must say I absolutely loved her. As Steve said, “She’s cool, man.”
And here is a video, which you shouldn’t take too seriously, but it is brilliantly done. And it has a lot of scenes from this episode. It really made me smile.
Season 1 – Episode 11 – Dec. 6, 2010
After a woman escapes from abduction and her new husband is found dead in their hotel room, Five-0 discovers that they are dealing with a serial killer who targets newlywed couples.
This is the episode where Chin and Steve are bonding over Spearfishing and finding out that Steve’s mom had been murdered.
Season 1 – Episode 12 – Dec. 13, 2010
Hana’a a Makehewa
McGarrett discovers that the man who killed his father is still alive, and threatening to kill Chin Ho with a bomb unless his ransom demand is met.
We meet Victor Hesse again, and the team has to break the law to save Chin.
Watch the “Behind the scenes” video and learn about Alex taking one for the team. 😉
Season 1 – Episode 13 – Jan. 3, 2011
McGarrett’s father’s toolbox is stolen, and his sister is kidnapped for investigating their mother’s death. McGarrett soon discovers that his father was investigating a suspected Yakuza leader before his death.
Most will probably remember Steve waking to a robbery in his house. Poor guy gets tased and knocked out, and Danny eats Steve’s secret stash of sweets. 😉
And we learn that Steve never would have left the islands and join the Navy if his mother hadn’t been killed. I can image Steve as a science geek instead of a SEAL. LOL
Oh, and do yourself a favor and go read this tie-in for the episode. I fell instantly in love with her writing.
Season 1 – Episode 14 – Jan. 17, 2011
He Kane Hewa’ Ole
Five-0 searches for identity and motive when a box with a severed head falls out of an overturned stolen car during a police chase–a task made more difficult when the driver dies at the scene.
We learn that even a SEAL has to do the dishes, and that Danny wants to put a smile on his face. J This is also remembered as the Chips episode.
